Outside of my role as a dietitian, I love creating meaningful connections and celebrating life’s special moments — from writing heartfelt messages to planning creative, themed events for loved ones. I enjoy travelling, discovering new places (and revisiting favourite ones), and attending concerts where I can sing along to my favourite songs.
Food and culture are a huge passion of mine: I love exploring global cuisines — from South Asian comfort foods to East Asian flavours and Mexican snacks — visiting dessert shops, and creating beautiful, culturally rich meal plans, even outside of work. I also cherish time spent with my dog and enjoy continuous learning through webinars and professional development with organizations such as Dietitians of Canada and Dietitian Connection.
